Lugz Women’s Shifter Boots: Fashionable Comfort in Ever Step!
“We received a complementary pair of boots in exchange for an honest review. All views expressed are that of our own.”
When it comes to wearing boots, I am always hesitant with purchasing a new pair. I am pretty tall, and have size 11 feet -huge, I know! Sometimes, a practical; yet stylish pair of women’s boots is such a challenge to find. With the winter, and elements that comes with it, I wanted a pair of black boots that would pair well with pants and jeans, but still look girly. Thankfully, my criteria was answered with the Lugz Women’s Shifter Boots I recently received to try out.
Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better pair of boots for the winter. While these boots are not as snow friendly as my Tambora boots from Lugz, they are perfect for errands, and even church. Normally, I either wear sneakers or flats out, but those aren’t always practical options when it’s snowing. These Shifter boots have the perfect grip heel, and have been keeping my feet snug and warm in this chilly weather.
Are the Lugz Women’s Shifter Boots only for the winter? Absolutely not! These boots are pretty much an all seasons boot, and can be worn to work where steel toe is not necessary, or even with jeans and a tee. They have that edgy look to them which makes me happy to wear them. Unlike men’s boots, they have a much narrower front, and a nice Durabrush upper.
Since comfort is a huge deal to me, these bots have been very easy on my feet. The insoles have enough cushion to keep my feet from cramping, or aching. I also love the padded tongue and collar which prevents the boots from digging into my feet, or rubbing my lower calves. These boots do give me about an extra inch in height which isn’t too bad either.
I really like the Durabrush material these boots are made of because it remind s me of suede. Paired with the bronzed color lace loops, and the beige strip on the lower heels, the look is really nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn’t need a double wide width because the upper toe is a bit narrower than the heel area.
Overall, for the price of these Shifter Boots which rests just under $60, I feel like they are a great investment. Plus, the Lugz site always had great promotional codes to help you save even more!
I suggest following Lugz on social media site Twitter to stay up to date on any promotional codes they may have.
