After I got my inserts in from KrazyInsertz, I decided I wanted to head out to pick up a few donation worthy items for FREE at Shaws. Until 9/29 our Shaws has the small Dawn Dish Soaps on sale for $.99. They also have the Yokisaba Noodles on sale for $.50 each!! Since I was there I decided to pick up 4 Gerber stage 2 foods -they are on sale for $1.00 each. The overage from the noodles applied to the baby food, and I scored everything for FREE!!

**The Bic Flame disk was from Rite Aid. They had exactly one left, so I purchased it for FREE as well. I used the FREE product coupon from this Sunday’s past insert.

Shaws General Mills Sale 8/24

I had the morning from hell today. I decided I should probably hit my local Shaws store early to be sure to get what I wanted to purchase for the General Mills Sale. Well, apparently my local Shaws was not participating in the sale. I loaded three cranky kids into the car and into the store for nothing!! However, the shaws in the north end of my city was participating so I decided my efforts would be worth it to get the deals.

When I got to the store my daughter tripped, and fell busting open her knee. Thank goodness customer service had bandaids! The workers at that Shaws were VERY nice, and friendly. Unfortunately the registers were not programmed for the sale and it took me 30 mins to cash out 3 transactions. My baby was screaming, and as red as a tomato, and the line was growing!! Yes, I did spend under $20 for 32 items-was it worth it—-not sure!!
